Almond Polvoron
We combined our Spanish and Filipino heritage for this iconic treat to develop our own recipe. Our Almond Polvoron is still a crumbly cookie. The difference lies in the taste and fragrance. When you unwrap a cookie, the fragrance of almonds will waft in the air. When you place it in your mouth, your palate will relish the flavor of a macaron.
A box contains 4 dozen Almond Polvorones.
